Meet the team
Ben Morgan | Director
Ben is a commercial accountant with a significant track record in investment appraisal, implementing large scale projects and delivering improvements on top and bottom line results for blue-chip FTSE 100 companies.
Having qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) with Safeway Stores, Ben has held a number of senior finance operational posts within Centrica and SABMiller subsidiaries having worked in both the UK and The Netherlands.
During his professional career, Ben has been operationally responsible for SABMiller’s Dutch markets Real Estate company and successfully managed and improved performance of an asset portfolio consisting of over 400 pubs, hotels and bars.
At Hestia, Ben is responsible for financial performance and investor relations, marketing and customer services.
Costa Papadopoullos | Director
Costa is a Charted Surveyor with over 20 years experience in commercial and residential property investment, development and consultancy mainly within London and East of England.
Having qualified as a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with DTZ Debenham Tie Leung, Costa remained in central London furthering his professional experience with Jones Lang LaSalle. From these solid foundations, he progressed to work for property companies Enterprise Inns Plc, Targetfollow Estates and Lazari Investments.
During his professional career, Costa has successfully completed the acquisition and disposal of over £125 million worth of property assets as well as asset managing over £100 million of UK and German real estate.
At Hestia, Costa is responsible for site acquisitions, overseeing design and contractor procurement.
