The Branchester Place development involved the renovation of Woodville, an Edwardian house, and the creation of a new detached home, Ash Cottage, to be in keeping with the local vernacular of the Conservation Area.

Woodville’s sympathetic restoration combined period features with a contemporary high quality finish. Â Equally impressive were the open plan bright living spaces and the substantial room to entertain family and friends.
All the windows were replaced with double glazed solid timber sash units painted in a Farrow & Ball Old White colour scheme.
