‘A barn style property with plenty of space and light’ was the principle instruction given to our architect. Throughout the design phase we ensured we remained true to this concept in every detail by adding vaulted ceilings and a double height atrium.
We also incorporated traditional architectural elements such as herringbone brickwork under windows to promote an authentic representation of a former barn.
The Finishing Touches
Langley House was sold off-plan enabling the buyer to select a more personal finish.
The final specification included engineered oak flooring to the living rooms, a contemporary kitchen including high end Bosch appliances, Silestone quartz and walnut worktops, a triple bi-fold door system and Nest thermostats.
Porcelanosa bathroom suites and ceramic tiling together with timber windows and doors painted in a Farrow & Ball Mouses Back colour scheme came as standard with this Hestia home.
